a resource
• Promotion of Affordable Housing for weaker section through credit linked subsidy
• Affordable Housing in Partnership with Public & Private sectors
• Subsidy for beneficiary-led individual house construction

Eligibility Criteria for Prime Minister Housing Scheme 2021
- The EWS / LIG / MIG / HIG category or class must be related.
- The applicant or the applicant's family should not have a pucca house.
- The beneficiary should not be a state government or central government and other housing scheme beneficiaries.
- The adult woman of the family will have priority.
